The hotel is clean and the employees are great. The location down by the waterfront is stunning. The standard double room is airy and comes with wireless internet, tea and coffee making facilities, and a TV. The breakfast is gorgeous and very good with options like instant or filter coffee, yoghurts, and jam. The hotel offers excellent services, including free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Pleasant hotel, absolutely fantastic breakfasts, fantastic location to shops & attractions. Exceptionally comfortable bed, clean bathroom and wireless internet, coffee/tea makers, and a TV in the room. The breakfast for Vegetarian's. Excellent service, parking right outside. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

The location next to Morlea was perfect, close to the shops, beach, pier, and Great Orme. The rooms were airy, with very comfy beds.The service was good and the food was nice.The warm drinks and good wifi were a nice surprise.The location was marvellous and lovely, close to the centre of town.

The manner of the staff -they are both helpful and friendly but not intrusive. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. We appreciated the tea making facilities, the freeview tv and even the box of tissues provided.
The budget room is pretty cramped as it is in the eaves of the house but that's probably why it's cheaper.
